Account information: Email address, name, and authentication data when you sign up via email magic link or Google OAuth.
Usage data: Projects you create, scripts generated, features used, and platform interactions — used to provide and improve the Service.
Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive confirmation of payment status only.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs — collected automatically for security and performance.
AI inputs: Content you submit to the AI (prompts, series bibles, scripts) to generate outputs. This content may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) per their privacy policies.
We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (magic links, receipts, important notices); improve platform features based on usage patterns; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. AI-generated content is stored in your account until you delete it or your account is closed.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your projects and generated content; and opt out of marketing communications.

ArcStage is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
