By accessing or using ArcStage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ArcStage is operated by Reyes Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
ArcStage is an AI-powered writing and production platform for vertical micro-drama creators. The Service includes AI-assisted script generation, series bible creation, market intelligence, video teaser generation, poster generation, and related production tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@arcstage.io within 7 days of a charge.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits included with subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including AI-generated scripts, series bibles, and other outputs, subject to applicable law. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. ArcStage does not claim ownership of your projects or generated outputs.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission. Automated bulk generation for resale purposes is prohibited without an Enterprise agreement.
ArcStage, its name, logo, and platform design are owned by Reyes Technologies LLC. The underlying AI models, platform software, and infrastructure remain our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will meet your requirements. Use of third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Kling AI, Runway) is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
